1.0.3 - Minors changes + Bugfixes

A couple of changes/fixes in the 1.0.3 version:

- Blue Cardskin is now consistent between the initial TF and when in play.

- Can now view enlarged version of cardified players after beating them in the trophy room.

- Added a visual guide as a companion to the txt guide for an easier way to conceptualise how the different layers come together.

- Fixed custom character trophy files not appearing (hopefully).

- Instead of always becoming a table joker on loss, only happens now if losing before the first blind increase. Afterwards you join the game as a card like the others.
